Shipping policy

Shipping times are estimates based on our past deliveries.

All orders are handmade from scratch. This means that once your order is placed, production begins on the next business day.

Priority shipping refers to the prioritization of your order’s creation—it will be made before other non-priority orders. As a result, the production time is shorter than with standard shipping.

The average time to process and create orders is 4–6 business days, and shipping takes 6–12 days once the creation process is complete.

We ship to Spain, Europe, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile.

For Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Peru, shipping takes 12–22 days.
